JERILYNN ADAMS JeriLynn Boren Adams, age 48, of Roosevelt, the beloved wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, niece and aunt, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014. Jeri was born to Jerry Dale and Joyce Chivers Boren on February 17, 1966 in Vernal. She grew up on a farm chasing cows, cutting and bailing hay and playing with her sister Natalie. When she was about 10 she got three more sisters whom she loved to help take care of. When Jeri was 14 she met the love of her life, Scott Ray Adams. She married young because she knew she had found the perfect man. They were married on August 1, 1981 in Roosevelt. They were sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 16, 1984. Jeri raised and taught her kids how to live, laugh and love. She has 13 grandkids whom she loved to spoil and just spend time with. She liked to craft and had a beautiful craft room to do everything. She also enjoyed horse riding, four wheeling, and going to the mountains. Some of her favorite things were Sunday drives with Scott, going wherever the road took them that day and just spending time with him. Jeri is survived by her husband, Scott Adams, her four children, Amber (Justin) Carr, Kevin (Kari) Adams, Amanda (Lenny) Hardman, Ashlie (Colten) Williams, her mother, Joyce Boren, sisters, Natalie (Leroy) Lawson, Alisha (Shawn) Madison, Misty (Alan) Gilbert, and Angie (Travis) Nielsen and her 13 beloved grandkids. She was preceded in death by her dad, Jerry Boren, her father-in-law, Eldon Ray Adams, and her grandparents. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Neola LDS Chapel. Viewings will be held on Tuesday evening at the Hullinger Mortuary from 6 - 8 p.m. and Wednesday at the church 1 hour prior to the service. Burial in the Vernal Memorial Park.
