Obituary Valarie Kubala
Southington - Valarie (Danieleski) Kubala, age 76, of Marion Ave, in the Plantsville section of Southington, died Tuesday Dec. 4, 2007 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut at Bradley Memorial. She was the wife of the late Julian Kubala.
Born Aug. 24, 1931, in Southington, to the late Thomas and Lena (Rohn) Danieleski, she had been a lifelong Southington resident. Valarie "Giggy" loved to cook and bake and spend time with her family. She was always be remmbered as the "Perfect" pierogi maker.
She leaves behind her son, Thomas Kubala and his wife, Dorothy of Bristol; her three daughters and their husbands, Holly and Glenn Charamut of Plantsville, Julie and Richard Adams of Southington and Jodi and John Cirillo of Plantsville; one sister, Florence Ferguson of Westchester, Ct.,five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, Dec. 6, at 6:45pm with calling hours from 4 to 6:45pm at the Plantsville Memorial funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Giggy may be made to the ALS Association, 4 Oxford Rd., Unit D-1, Milford, Ct 06460.
