DEATH CERTIFICATE
Date: June 28 1951
Age: 37
Place: Johnson County Paintsville KY
Volume: 029
Cert: 14486
Death Volume: 51
Cause: Rheumatic heart disease - complications of child birth.

Anna played the guitar very well.

She died way too young. She did not get to see her family grow up and was not able to share in their lives.
I did not know her, but I know I would have loved her very much. She has a son (Bill) that I am married to and he has turned out to be a very loving wonderful man. So her memory lives on in him and all the children that she left behind.

What a terrible loss to the children and husband of Anna.
