Born to Morris Feuerstein and Hannah Weis in the year 1874 in Austria.
The family, including young sister Jane, left Hamburg, Germany aboard Capt. Kuhlewein's ship, The Rhaetia, on February 16, 1890. They arrived in New York on March 3, 1890.
Very shortly after arriving in New York City, she met and married Heinrich "Henry" Fischl on July 1, 1890. They had two children; William "Moses", and Bertha. The couple were divorced by 1900.
She later met and married Abraham Jack Richie, and they moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where they owned and operated a café. After his death, she moved back to New York City where she resided at the time of her death. The arraingments for her funeral were handled by the Zion Memorial Chapel, Inc., New York, New York. She is buried in the Beth David Cemetery, Elmont, Long Island, New York.
