Saint Peter Hospital December 6,1988.
Born on June 14, 1917 in Texas parent
Sarah York and Albert Earl Rushing.
Mrs Moore had been a resident of Shelton for
approximately 30 years, moving here
from New Mexico. She married John H.
Moore on September 11,1933 in Fort
Worth, Texas. Mrs. Moore retired from
teaching at Southside School District in
1982.
Surviving Mrs. Moore, are her husband
John Moore, of Shelton, her mother
Sarah Rushing of Shelton; one son, John S. Moore of Shelton; two daughters , Alene Whitener of Shelton and Elaine Moore of Port Angeles; six brothers, J. T. Rushing of Parker Arizona, J. H. Rushing of Palo Pinto, Texas, Eric A Rushing of Jacksonville, Texas, Louis H. Rushing of Pico Rivera, California, Allen D. Rushing of Santee, California, and Stanley Paul Rushing of Placentia, California; one sister, Louise Smith of Seldotna, Alaska; 10 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services are planned for 2 p.m. Friday, December 9, at Shelton Church of God. Pastor Everett Lebaugh will officiate. Mrs. Moore will be buried at Shelton Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of McComb and Batstone Funeral Home
