David Arnold Webster was born August 21, 1951, in Paris, Arkansas, to Arnold Hall and Geraldine (Graham) Webster. He went home to be with the Lord Friday, May 31, 2013, in Little Rock, Arkansas. After completing his secondary education, David continued his ministry studies at Kansas City College and Bible School. He was married November 9, 1989, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Rynella Willard. David spent much of his working life as an auditor with RTS Water Solutions in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was saved while in prison, was baptized in a cow pond, and was ordained as a minister in 1984 and has served as a pastor and evangelist in several churches.

Visitation was held at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services were held June 4, 2013, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Mike Morgan, William Cook, Tom Morgan, and Butch Heath speaking. Serving as casket bearers were Troy Knight, Matthew Knight, Cody Knight, Scott Knight, Phil Miller, Anthony Heath, Jonathan Willard, Randy Knuth, and Tim Smith. Committal services and interment followed at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The family requests memorial contributions be made in memory of David Webster, c/o RTS Water Solutions, 9240 NW 63rd Street, #6, Parkville, Missouri, 64152. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
