| Birth: | Aug. 27, 1872 | | Death: | Dec. 16, 1951 | Pun was the youngest child of Matthew Tucker (1827-1910) and Elizabeth Gay Tucker (1833-1896.) Her paternal grandparents were Henry Crawford Tucker, Jr. (1805-1883) and Nancy Sapp Tucker (1808-1841.)
Pun married John Calvin "Bunk" Curls on 06 January 1889. The couple had eight children:
Matthew Willis Curls (1889-1954) (Memorial# 69798696)
Emily Elizabeth (Curls) Bonner Lane (1892-1956) (Memorial# 73962628)
James Henry Curls, Sr. (1894-1975)
John McKinley Curls, I. (1896-1935) Memorial# 49173614
Lee Fitzhugh Curls (1899-1970) (Memorial# 545404)
Wealthy Maye (Curls) Conner Pazurek Foxworth (1904-)
Jay Franklin Curls (1907-2001) (Memorial# 50308938)
Hazel Juanita Curls (1909-1910) (Memorial# 80656908)
Many years after Bunk Curls died, probably ca. 1930, Pun married Jim McMullen, her widowed brother-in-law (husband of Emily Tucker (1867-1928.) After Jim's death Pun married a third time, to a young (and, I hope, handsome) man whose name no one in my family remembers; the fellow spent the money Bunk Curls had left Pun, then disappeared.
