Edward E.Cherry was born in Jackson Co.Texas to Mary and Eugene Oliver Cherry.He is preceeded in death by his parents,three sisters and three brothers,and a grandaughter Kimberly Jean Davidson.Surviving him is his wife of 33 years,Dorothy Storey Cherry and three daughters,Esther L.Brown,Peggy Ericson and Dorothy Davidson and grandchildren,Steven L.Ericson Jr.,Christopher L.Cherry and Traci L.Davidson.Other survivors include a sister,Mabel Cherry Brooks and a brother,Lewis H.Cherry.He married Dorothy on Feb 15,1950..Edward also served in the US Marine Corp.during WWII.He worked as a driller in the oilfield all of his life.He was a devoted husband,father and grandfather.
