Thurston Howell ... carpenter. Kirbyville--Thurston Royce Howell, 70, of Kirbyville died Monday at his home. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Causey's E.E. Stringer Funeral Home with burial in Kyle Cemetery in Roganville. A native of DeRidder, La., and a Kirbyville resident three years, he was a carpenter. Survivors include his wife, Mae Doiron Howell of Kirbyville; three sons, Walter Howell of Pinewood, Earl Howell of Kirbyville, and Ernest Howell of Shreveport; two sisters, Zeda Lawrence of Beaumont and Evelyn Flickinger of Winnie; and 11 grandchildren.
