Enoch Jeremiah (Jerry) Davis of Monroe, La. died Monday morning in the St. Francis Sanitorium there. He was a former resident of Natchez, Ms.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm today at the Union Church near Roxie with the Hall Funeral Home of Monroe in charge of arrangements. Interment will be in the Union Church Cemetery..
The body will remain in the chapel at the Hall Funeral Home until 8:30 am today.
Survivored by his wife of many years is Maggie Eva (Gorman), two sons; Bynum Eugene Davis of Monroe, La. and Emmett Timothy Davis of Natchez, Ms. (Adams); a sister Mrs. Katie Buckles and two brothers, R. A. Davis & E. J. Davis, All are from Roxie, Ms. (Franklin)...
He is also survived by six grandchildren, and by a number of neices and nephews..
