Funeral services for Mrs. Jenny G. Davis, 63, of 1401 Mississippi St., Monroe, La. at 3 pm today at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
The Rev. James T. Horton and Rev. Travis Tynes were to officiate with burial at Riverview Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis died Tuesday morning following a brief illness.
She was the wife of Bynum Davis of Monroe and had lived in Monroe since 1935. She was a Roxie, Ms. native.
She was survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Duke Yates Jr., Mrs. Rita D. Prophit, Mrs. Vickie D. Blakely, all of Monroe. One son B.E.(Buddy)Davis, Jr. also of Monroe, La. ; one sister Ruby Lee of Natchez, Ms.; two brothers, Hardy Jackson, of Las Vegas, Nev.; and Parley Jackson, of Rexburg, Idaho; and 12 grandchildren.
