Killed by the Fast Mail-A Farmer and His Team Instantly Killed at Shelton - William B. Lippincott, a farmer living on the island south of Shelton, was run into by the fast mail (No. 102) at that point Friday forenoon and instantly killed. He was upon a load of wheat and the wagon was demolished and the horses also killed. The train was in charge of Conductor Dunbar and Engineer Austin, who stopped the train as soon as possible and ran back to the station, but they were not able to be of service. The conductor and engineer returned from Grand Island and will be present at the inquest to the held by Coroner Hodge of Shelton, which will probably be this evening.
