Word has been received here of the death Monday, June 18th of Leonard C. Lasyone, 57, of Sacramento, California; funeral was Friday 22nd with burial there. He died in Sacramento hospital following a year's illness with Leukemia. He was born in Louisiana January 7, 1922 to Lucy and the late Oscar Lasyone. He was self-employed in the lawn care business.
Survivors include the wife, Della, a son, Wayne and two grandchildren, all of Sacramento, Seven brothers and sisters survive. His mother, Lucy Lasyone, Tioga, La., who is visiting her daughter, Marie Bennett and son O. J. of Taylorsville; also 3 sisters, Myrtle Brown, La., Nell Denman, La., Helen Martin, Texas and brothers Wilbert, Baton Rouge, Clyde, Texas and Bill, Tioga, La.
