Eleanor Florine Mool was the daughter of Josephine Colvin Bulger and Harry William Mool.
Eleanor grew up in Pennsylvania but moved to Miami. Florida with her family as a teenager.
Eleanor attended the University of Miami at Coral Gables, Florida. She enjoyed performing in campus theatre productions and was a model for a short time. Her nickname "Emmy" came from a character in a college play.
She married George Coleman Nockolds in Miami. They eventually moved to Houston, Texas, where they remained for the rest of their lives.
Eleanor and George had 3 children: Josephine Georgette Nockolds, Eleanor Rosemary Nockolds and Coleman Nockolds. They lived a full and happy life in the Houston Heights and later in West University Place. She was a wonderful, loving mother and wife. She died suddenly of a stroke at 55 years. Her many friends remembered that she always had such a beautiful smile.
