Frank is my paternal Grandfather through his son Robert Don Mosier I (1926-2005).
The third of seven children born to John Patterson and Martha Jane (Callahan) Mosier, Frank married Elsie Jane Kennedy on 12 Jan 1901 in Brown Co IN.

Grandpa registered for the WWI Draft in 1917, but there is no proof he actually served. On his registration, he listed his birth year as 1879, in his own handwriting. Grandpa owned and operated a meat market.
My Dad never knew his father since Grandpa passed away just two weeks after my Dad was born, dying of Diabetes Mellitus with cardiac failure. Grandpa was laid to rest on 22 Oct 1926; his son Alton Leon died of the same ailment at age 20 yrs.
