Jack McLean, age 90, a resident here since 1930 died Christmas Day following an accident.
Preceded in death by three brothers; three sisters; and two grandchildren.
Survived by his wife, Merle of 65 years; sons, Jack and wife, Mary McLean; daughter, Linda and husband, Dennis Williams of Syracuse, NY; grandchildren, DeeDee and husband, Paul Jones, Tim McLean, Michele and husband, Hector Garcia, Kelly Kapela, Sandie McLean all of Albuquerque; five great-grandchildren.
Jack owned and operated the Shamrock Station on 4th Street at Veranda over 50 years until his retirement in 1976.
A member of the Northeast Church of Christ.
Jack was an avid fisherman.
