I can't tell you much about Grandma Bugher since I only met her back in the 1970's when I married her grandson, William M. Beaver. I can tell you that she was such a truly "special lady".
She was extremely kind to me and my children and for that I will be forever greatful.
There are those folks in life you meet and don't ever forget~Grandma Bugher was one of those people. Such a special spirit.
