Cecil, of Kirbyville, passed away Sunday at Northeast Medical Center in Humble.
A native of Starks, Louisiana, she had lived in Kirbyville for most of her life and had worked as a caretaker and as a cafeteria employee at the Call Public School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Alex Kelley and a son, Wayne Leslie "Butch" Kelley
Survivors include her three daughters, Shirley Ann Bono; Cecelia Franklin and her husband Ronnie; Ramona D. Bishop and her husband Jerry; brother, Daniel Howard; sister-in-law, Susan Smith; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services at The Call Junction Baptist Church in Kirbyville with burial at Bean Cemetery in Kirbyville.
