The Monday after graduation, June's father woke her up and brought her job hunting. She started the next day at Dry Dock Savings on 59th Street at Lexington. She also spent free evenings as a USO hostess. June married Rene Fath in 1951.
She was predeceased by her daughter Debbie and her husband Rene. At the time of her death she left her son, Bob, her grandson, Clifford, and his family.
June was very devoted to the Blessed Virgin, Mary, and to teaching religious education to generations of children in St. Elizabeth's Parish in Melville.
