Son of Paul and Catherine (Meurer) Heidenfelder. Bob was youngest of 12 children who survived to adulthood: Finton, Johanna, Paul, Christine, Marie, Margaret (Dolly), Joseph (Bud), Katheryn, Virginia, Bernard, Norbert, and Robert.
Bob was a member of Bishop John N. Wurm K of C council #1376, St. Louis Assembly 4th degree and Honor Guard, St. Vincent DePaul Society, the Elderberries, he was an usher at Christ the King Church for 25 years and a retired firefighter for the University City Fire Department.
