She was born on December 12, 1940 in Hemphill and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Hemphill High School in 1959 and attended Business School in Arlington. She was a secretary for Hemphill ISD for 38 years and was a member of East Mayfield Baptist Church in Hemphill.
She is survived by her daughter, Gina White and husband Bruce of Hemphill; two sons, Alex Boudreaux Trent Boudreaux and wife Tiffany, all of Hemphill; two sisters, Juanice Vickers and husband Vance of The Woodlands and Tommie Hawkins and husband Kenneth of Lufkin; and seven grandchildren, Alisha, Zachary, Cole, Daniel, Colby, Harley and Baby Tristan.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Williams Clark.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 7, 2008, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel and interment followed in Hemphill Cemetery.
