Affectionately known to her 16 grandchildren as Mama Moores and of course Mama to her sons whose respect and devotion she commanded. Of her 6 Moores sons 4 served in the US Army during World war II and one also in Korea. Had she been in the Army she would have had to be a General because she was in charge. After the war she worked as an LPN at the old Pattie A. Clay Hospital in downtown Richmond. She was a devout member of The Church of Christ. She loved gardening,Quilting, and the Bible. We miss you Mama Moores. I will be looking for you soon.
