Funeral services for Chief Warrant Officer 3, US Army Retired, Will Allen Waldrup, 78, of Leesville were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3 at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville, Rev. Jerry Pennifield officiated. Burial followed in the Rose-Neath Cemetery in Shreveport, La. Mr. Waldrup passed away Saturday, December 30, 2006 at his residence in Leesville. He was born in Carroll County, Miss. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 and as a school teacher. Will was currently employed at Wal-Mart in Leesville and volunteering at the Vernon Library. He was preceded in death by three brothers. Will is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Lola Weaver Waldrup of Leesville; daughter, Tammie Lynn Jackson of Shreveport; sister, Marie Johnson of Grenada, Miss; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Homes
