Mrs. Chapin died Saturday, Nov. 4, in Gunner, Texas.
She was born in Ridgeway on Jan. 6, 1912, the daughter of David and Lillie Finley.
She married Rodger Chapin. He preceded her in death in 1947.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy and David Chapin, both of Dallas; one sister, Bessie 'Bea' Spencer of Sulphur Springs; a sister-in-law, Esther Chapin of Ridgeway; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Danny, in 1937; one sister, Susie Boyd; and two brothers, Fred and Elmo Finley.
