Bollinger County
Missouri, USA
Death: Jan. 26, 1965
Jackson
Cape Girardeau County

The "Corn Ed" nickname came about because he liked to brag on his corn crop. Also, there was another Ed Barks in the vicinity; thus if one said "Corn Ed", they knew which one you meant.
