Mrs. Cora Austin, 78, of Blytheville, died yesterday in Chicago, Illinois.
A native of Newbern, Tennessee, she had been a resident here for about 40 years. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church.
She is survived by two sons, Conley Fay Austin and William Larkin (Bill) Austin, and one daughter, Seminole Avon (Austin) Gordon; one brother, Larkin Keith, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Full Gospel Church with Rev. Virgil Ragain officiating. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery; Cobb Funeral Home in charge.
She was the wife of Stephen Lafayette Austin. They married on October 29, 1903 in Missouri. She was the mother of 10 children (only four lived to be adults).
She was the daughter of Camillis Hogan Keith and Susie Samantha (Carroll) Keith.
