The following is the Obituary of Mrs. Amy Wilson

Amy Baker Wilson was born December 25, 1830 in Marion County, and with her parents the late William and Mrs. Ruth Deacon Baker came to White Oak, this county, in 1847. She departed this life January 21, 1917, age 86 years and 27 days.

The deceased was converted in early life and united with the Methodist Episcopal Church and later became a member of the Methodist Protestant Church at Pullman of which she remained a consistent member until death.

February 16, 1851, she was united in marriage to Peter T. Wilson who preceded her to the grave by 15 years, 1 month and 3 days. To this union were born eleven children namely:

Mrs. James Prim, Rock Camp; Mrs. Ira Chipps, Colorado; Mrs. Rachel Ball and Mrs. Conaway, Pullman; Mrs. Alice Judge, Iowa; Alfred, of the state of Washington; Cornelius, of Illinois; John of Webster County, and Andrew of Pullman; Mrs. S. L. Foster, Colorado and Mary Conaway deceased.

She is also survived by one sister, and three brothers: Mrs. Alazan Snyder and Tillman H. Baker of Pullman; Winfield S. Baker of Auburn and Newton Baker of Centralia, Illinois. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

The funeral was held at the M. P. Church at Pullman, Tuesday and internment was made in the cemetery nearby.
