MRS. CLARK STUART
A Highly Esteemed and Respected Resident Died Last Evening
Mrs. Margaret Heaverline Stuart, wife of Mr. Clark Stuart, died at the family residence on west Main street at 6 o'clock yesterday evening after an illness of sometime. She had been in ill health for nearly a year and her death was not unexpected.
Mrs. Stuart was born in this city in 1861, her maiden name being Heaverline. She was married here to Mr. Stuart and to their union one child was born, Miss Ella, there also being two stepdaughters, Misses Edith and Olive. Two brothers and a sister also survive. The decedent was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was well known and highly respected. Among her friends she was loved and respected for her gentle, kind and Christian disposition and in her family was idolized by a devoted husband and children. News of her death will be received with sorrow and sympathy by a wide circle of friends.
The funeral services have not been decided and will be announded later.
