Woodburn, Ore.---Bula M. Meisenheimer, 72, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 1990 at Meridan Park Hospital, Tualatin, OR, from cancer.
She was born Bula Dye Aug. 21, 1918 at Haviland, KS. As an infant, she moved with her family to Tyrone, OK. She graduated from Tyrone High School in 1937. In 1941, she moved to Oregon to work in the Naval shipyards. She married Virgal E. "Beat" Meisenheimer on June 12, 1943 at Ft. Sill, OK.
During the 1970, the Meisenheimers owned and operated the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lamar, CO. and Guymon, OK. They later owned and operated the B & B Trailer Park at Liberal. In 1978, they retired and moved to Oregon.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile and the Methodist Church of Woodburn. She is survived by her husband of the home; and two sisters, Opal Miller, Ulysses, and Cleo Meisenheimer, Liberal.
Funeral services are Friday at the First United Methodist Church, Woodburn, with interment in the Belle Passi Mausoleum, Woodburn. Memorial have been suggested to the United Methodist Church, 700 N. Cascade Dr., Woodburn, OR 97071 or the Cancer Research.
