Rhonda G. Lukers, 55, passed away Monday, April 17, 2006.
A native of Newton County, she was the daughter of Willie Lester and Virginia Barnes Guy of Athens. Mrs. Lukers was a travel agent for 35 years, an avid reader, enjoyed traveling and was very involved with her children. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors in addition to her parents include her sons and daughters-in-law, William (Reina) Lukers of Athens, Jeremiah (Malinda) Lukers of Knox, PA; two brothers, Dana Guy of Athens and Paul Guy of Arnoldsville; grandchild, Eden Lukers.
