Mary worked in retail sales and food service, which included being Assistant Manager at a Carl's Jr. Restaurant, Manager of a high school luncheon Snack Bar, and a Sales Clerk in housewares for Gottschalks.
She suffered from rheumatoid arthritis early in her senior years including major heart surgery. An avid reader. She enjoyed doing crosswords, watching the Food Network, Game Show Network and other game shows on TV. Loved country music and soft classical. She held the Amateur Radio call sign KB6LEV.
Mary's cremains were recovered on February 9, 2019 from her home in Paradise, CA that was destroyed by the Camp Fire on November 8, 2018. Recovery was done by the Institute for Canine Forensics. She was returned to her new home February 15, 2019 to be with her husband.
