Died in Hester Care Center of Wesley Towers in Hutchinson, Kansas.
She attended Salina High School. A Hutchinson resident for 5 years, formerly of Duncan, Oklahoma, Tucson, Arizona and Hoisington, Kansas, where she resided for 30 years, she was a homemaker and a former employee of First United Methodist Church of Hoisington and the Lake Barton Country Club.
Junette belonged to Trinity United Methodist Church of Hutchinson, and was a past member of First United Methodist Church of Hoisington. She belonged to United Methodist Women, of which she was a past president, served as a pastor parish chairperson and Sunday School teacher, belonged to the Order of Eastern Star, served as an adviser for Rainbow Girls and was a Cub Scout Den Mother, all at Hoisington. Junette married John Wesley Godbey September 11, 1931 in Abilene, Kansas.
She was preceeded in death by four brothers, Everett, Morie, Kenny and Homer.
Service was in Trinity United Methodist Church, Hester Chapel, in Hutchinson, with the Rev. Nick Warner and the Rev. Bob Brooks officiating.
