Paul B. Patterson 75, died Sunday in Roanoke. A native of Figgsboro, he was the husband of Mrs. Rubye Halstead Patterson. He was retired as an insurance agent with the Southwestern Life Insurance Co. after 27 years. He was a member of the Roanoke United Methodist Church. He was the son of the late John Lee and Callie Sue Bradley Patterson of Roanoke. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Doris L. Woodward of Chesapeake, Va. and Mrs. Frances E. Rail of Columbia, S.C., and a son, Paul Edward Patterson, of Roanoke, Va. Also surviving are two granddaughters Callie Sue Leona Woodward, and Darlene Virginia Woodward of Chesapeake, Va. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today October 8th at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. After the funeral service the family will be at the home of Mrs. Woodward of Chesapeake, Virginia.
