Anthony Faust of Tulpehocken Township, Berks Co., Pa., bought of Joseph Sullaberger (Schollenberger) of Bern Twp., Berks County, PA., two tracts of Land situated in Bern Township, for the sum of 300 pounds, on Oct. 30, 1770.

Provides for wife Magdalena including plantation until Daniel is 21, when it is to be sold.
Mentions that his son Philip was forced to marry a good-for-nothing girl named Eliza Ulrichen and as said son never recognizes said child as his therefore I give the said child (a girl) 5 shillings.
Estate divided among children, viz: Leonard, Anthony, Daniel, Maria Elisabeth Walter, Catharine and Elisabeth Faust.
Exrs: Wife Magdalena and brother Peter Faust.
Wits: George Bower and Conrad Fesig.
Letters to sons Leonard and Daniel the executors named renouncing.
Public sale was held on Mar. 25, 1808. The farm was sold to the highest bidder, namely Casper Stump, for 1900 pounds. After the sale, Casper Stump immediately resold the farm to Leonard and Daniel Faust for 1900 pounds. In 1812, Daniel Faust sold his share half of the farm to his brother Leonard Faust.
Anthony Faust's farm consisted of of 272 acres, which included the church lands, (St. Michael's). Proceeds from the estate amounted to 277 pounds and 13 shillings per share, being divided into 7 equal shares.
