Mary Ellen Shortnacy Randall
Birth: Apr. 8, 1952
Mississippi County
Arkansas, USA
Death: May 3, 2011
Choctaw County
Oklahoma, USA

Mary Ellen was born in a small town in northeast Arkansas to Monroe and Violet Shortnacy. She was the youngest of their seven children. The family moved to central California when she was in grade school and that was where she was raised. She married Lonnie Randall and the two of them had 2 children, Karen and Kathy Randall. She worked at many jobs from home assistant, to owning a restaurant with her husband to working in casinos. She was always busy and was always doing things for people. She was absolutely the sweetest person. This is one individual who always had time for everyone and gave of her talents and time unselfishly. I know for sure, there is a special place in heaven reserved just for her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Leroy, Carean, Marvin "Bo", and Linda Gail as well as her daughter Karen Jane.

Mary Ellen definitely left her mark on this earth and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

You were on my mind today. As well as Karen. I miss you so much. Our time spent together, our conversations, our friendship. We were more like sisters than Aunt and Niece. You are in my heart. RIP Aunt Mary Ellen.
