Bertha Embon died of cancer . She was employed for the Postal Service for 20 years. She was a graduate of Ridley Park High School and attended Cecil Community College. She resided in Milmont Park and Springfield before moving to North East Maryland in 1971. Mrs. Embon is survived by her husband Franklin C, Sr. of North East, four sons, Franklin C, Jr. of Allentown, Pa., Daniel C, of Wallingford, Pa., Allen & Kevin both at home, a daughter Cassandra ( Sandy} Rucker of Downingtown. Pa. a brother Alfred Spevak of Linwood Pa.,and three sisters, Hilda H. Maguire of Milmont Park, Pa., Alva R, Draper of Wilmington, De. and Aileen Holmes of Sharon Hill Pa., and 11 grandchildren. Mass of Christian burial will be offered in St. Jude's Cathiolic Church and burial in St. Mary Anne's Cemetery ln North East Md.
