George Spencer Millet worked in the NY Metropolitan Life Building as an office boy. On his 15th birthday, he was chased by a group of young women who wanted to give him a birthday kiss. In the scuffle he fell on his ink eraser, which pierced his heart and killed him. (bio by: Susan Kane)
