Obituary for: Estelle Folk Rankin
Services for Estelle Folk Rankin will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Riverside Cemetery. Rankin, 90, died Sunday. Born in Columbus, she had lived in Macon for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Willie and Minnie Derrick Folk. She was a homemaker and a charter member of the Luthern Church of the Redeemer.
Survivors include her neice and nephews, Elizabeth Rankin Rivers of Jacksonville, Fla., Jerry Rankin of Macon, Tom Rankin of Boaz, Ala., and Max Rankin of Knoxville, Tenn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 390 Pierce Ave., Macon 31204. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 tonight in Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street.
