Eagle Age 52, born June 10, 1948 in Lansing to Harvey and Katherine Losey, passed January 5, 2001 after a courageous 14 year battle with cancer. A loving mother and grandmother, devoted to her family, and a long-standing member of the River Terrace Church. She graduated from Lansing Community College, magna cum laude, and worked many years at Delta Dental and was a union representative. She was most recently employed as office manager at Abbey Heating and Cooling. She is preceded in death by her father, Harvey Losey in 1994 and husband, Donald Roberts in 1998. Surviving are her mother, Katherine Losey; brother, Larry (Jane) Losey; 2 daughters, Lisa (Donn) Thomas, and Deanna (Richard Amon) Culman; 3 grandchildren, Daniel and Breanna Amon, and Kylie Thomas; 4 nieces and nephews, Katie, Jenna, Matthew and Jillian; best friend, Jackie Turek; many other family members, numerous friends and her loving church family. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Sunday and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw. Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, at River Terrace Church, 1509 River Terrace, with Dr. Clayton G. Libolt officiating; with viewing from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Tuesday at church. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Vincent Home for Children.
