Blair, 64, of Alexandria died at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
He was a native of Ruby and a member of Parkview Baptist Church. He was a retired U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and World War II. He was a retired fireman with the Alexandria Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy White Blair of Alexandria; one daughter, Janet Blair Collum of Alexandria; two brothers, Lee Otis Blair of Baker and Gene H. Blair of Ruby; one sister, Opal B. Smith of Baton Rouge; and one grandchild.
Friends may call from 8 a.m. until time of services today in the funeral home.
