Fred E.Blaine, 68, of Mount Pleasant R. D. #6, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 1984 in Wolfe Nursing Home, Scottdale.
He was born July 17, 1915 in Mount Pleasant Township,a son
of the late John and Anna Bergman Blaine.
Before his retirement, he was employed by Robertshaw Company, New Stanton. He was a member of the Retired Workers of Robertshaw, Mount Pleasant Senior Citizens and
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Mount Pleasant.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, William and John,
and a sister, Edna DeFloria.
He is survived by his wife,Gwendolyn Newill Blaine; three sons,Jack N of Seneca,PA, Fred Jr. and Barry Richard, both
of Mount Pleasant; a daughter, Mrs. Gary (Kathleen Sue) Smith of Leechburg,PA; five grandchildren; three brothers,
Hugh and James, both of Mount Pleasant, and George of Florida; and two sisters, Kathryn Quint of Fort Myers, Fla.
and Margaret Krysevig of South Greensburg.
Friends were received at the Frank R. Zimmerman Funeral Home Inc. of Mount Pleasant.Services were held in the Good
Shepherd Lutheran Church of Mount Pleasant with the Rev.
