Services for Duard Fred Campbell, 67, Route 3, Nampa, who died Tuesday at a Boise hospital, will be conducted at 2pm Friday at Summers Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald Baird, Trinity United Presbyterian Church, and Boise Lodge No 2, AF&AM. Interment will be in Dry Creek Cemetery.
He was born on Aug 30, 1911, at Franklin. He was a farmer and worked for the Health Department from 1942 until 1945. He married Una Compton on March 20, 1940, at Mayfield. He worked for the Department of Agriculture as director of dairying. In 1963, he became director of Challenge Creamery of Meridian, after returning to the Health Department. He retired in 1971.
He was a member of El Korah Shrine, Boise Lidge No. 2, AF&AM, the Scottish Rite Bodies and the Ada County Agrarian Club.
Surviving are his wife of Nampa; four sons, Dr Corder C. Campbell of Charleston, S.C., Duard Morris of Star, Scott and Kerry Campbell, both of Boise; a brother, Adam Campbell of Ogden, Utah; four sisters, Theoda Jensen of Oakland, Calif., Vella Witters, Leone Wallace and Vonda Arnold, all of Boise; and eight grandchildren.
