BYRD, FANNIE ELOISE – 88, of Stockbridge, Ga., formerly of Scott County, passed away on Friday, February 21. She was preceded in death by her husband, FLETCHER HERMAN BYRD; and a son RALPH BYRD. MRS. BYRD is survived by her children RAY BYRD of Stockbridge, Ga., RAYMOND BYRD of Okeechobee, Fla., ERNESTINE KELLER of Cincinnati, O., KATHLEEN SCHWARTE of Germany, HERMAN BYRD of Stockbridge, Ga., and HENRY BYRD of Hampton, Ga.: numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, February 24, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home in Jonesboro, Ga. Internment services were conducted Wednesday, February 26, at 12 noon at the Hazel Valley Cemetery in Oneida. JONES & SON FUNERAL HOME of Oneida was in Charge of the arrangements.
