I do not believe this to be the Private Jordan Hardwick that served with the 154th Inf. out of Illinois. This Jordan Hardwick is that Jordan Hardwick's uncle. This Jordan Hardwick would have been 50+ during the civil war. And he never lived in Illinois.

This Jordan Hardwick had a brother named Samuel Hardwick. The Jordan Hardwick that served with the Illinois infantry is Samuel's son. Samuel Hardwick raised his family in Illinois. Many records indicate that Jordan Hardwick that married Joanna Harlan was the one that served in the civil war. This Jordan Hardwick was not married to Joann Harlan.

You may wish to consider removing the PVT in the name, and remove references to his supposed civil war service. I find it inconsistent with many other documents.
