Carl F. Boester, 76, Retured Attorney, Dies; Funeral Set Today:

Carl F. Boester, 76, retired lawyer and former assistant chief examiner for the United States Naturalization Service here, died yesterday of infirmities at his home, 10 Barberry lane, Kirkwood.
Mr Boester served in the naturalization post for the Treasury Department about 15 years, leaving it in 1922 to enter law practice. A graduate of the St Louis University Law School, he practiced until his retirement about five years ago.
Well known as a hunting and fishing enthusiast, he was active in conservation work. His survivors include the widow, Mrs Cameron Cahill Boester; a son, Carl F Boester Jr; a daughter Mrs Marjorie Springmeyer and three sisters.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today from Pfitzinger Mortuary, 331 South Kirkwood rd, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
