Nancy Jane Brann was born May 4th, 1858 in Butler County, Ohio the daughter of Theodore BRANN 1825-1901 and Elizabeth Boes 1823-1881. Nancy Jane had 6 siblings.

Theodore and Elizabeth BRANN were the Parents of:

(1) John J. "Tort" Brann 1846–?
(2) Sarah Elizabeth Brann 1848–1914
(3) Margaret Ann Brann 1850–1930
(4) Amos Brann 1853–1906
(5) Oscar Brann 1856–1932
(6) NANCY JANE Brann 1858–1935
(7) Mary Alice "Allie" Brann 1862–1907

Nancy Jane BRANN 1858-1935 married Wlliam T. "Billy" Graves 1851-1931 on the 6th of September 1875. Six children were born to this union:

(1) Burleigh "Burl" Graves 1881-1964
(2) Zorpha Inez Graves 1884-1885
(3) Naomi "Blanche" Graves 1884-1966
(4) Perry A. Graves 1876-1962
(5) Chelsea Graves 1890-1947
(6) Samantha Ellen "Ellie" Graves 1878-1943

Nancy and Billy lived in the old homestead in Belfountaine their entire married life, actually celebrating FIFTY SIX YEARS of MARRIAGE!!

Nancy and Billy Graves were very active in their Church. She was the head of Sunday School at The Old Bellefountain Church for over 25 years.

Nancy was a loving Mother, even though I wasn't born then, I came to this conclusion due to the many "Photos" of their family that have made their way down the family tree from them to my Great Grandpa Burl Graves 1881-1965, then his daughter, Our Original Family Historian - Madge GRAVES Widdifield 1904-1988, then she gave them to me and I will carry on the family tradition. Times have changed with computers now so I can let "all of our family members" enjoy these wonderful Photos and Memories of our dear family!

The Love of Family is Life's Greatest Blessing!!
