Mary was the daughter of Albert Webster and Amy Stevens. She was one of 9 children. Her siblings were Isaiah Magnum, Benjamin W, Judson F, Addison H, Robert H (who died 25 Jun 1862 at King's School House in VA while fighting for the confederates during the Civil War.), Adeline V, William A, and Sion W.
Sometime between 1860-1870 her father died and her mother moved to IN with Mary and her 4 younger siblings. Her older siblings were already out of the house and established in NC. I haven't discovered why they chose IN though.
On 28 Dec 1873 she married John Henry Justice, a Union Civil War Veteran. She died from double pneumonia.
