David Arnold Boss, our dear son, husband, father and friend passed away on Monday, August 25, 2008, surrounded by family and friends.


David was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 29, 1960 to Arnold Nathan Boss Sr. and Dawn Darger Boss.


He is survived by his wife, GayLynn, their eleven children, three grandchildren, his mother, and many brothers and sisters. David had a great devotion to his family and friends and a love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ that was rare and beautiful. He devoted his life to serving God and others and touched many lives by his acts of kindness. Dave loved helping others and sharing his love for the Gospel. His home was always open to anyone who needed a place to stay or needed support or guidance. He had a wonderful ability to connect with young people and to help them in their lives. Dave not only believed the Gospel, he lived it. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.


Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 29th at 2 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy, where Friends and Family may call on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and also on Friday one hour prior to the services.
Interment will be at Elysian Burial Gardens.
