Doyle Pitts was the third son of Albert Pitts and Libbie Ethel Seney. He married Charlie Marie Thomas on 01 Jan 1939 in Fredrick, Tillman Co., OK. To this union were 6 children. Doyle served with the Army during World War II. At the end of his military career, he was a Farmer and Rancher in the Wanette, Pottawatomie Co., OK area for many years. After the death of his wife Charlie in 1969, he married Birdell ALMON - RUTHERFORD of Tecumseh, Pottawatomie Co., OK on 14 Oct 1974 in OK. They were married until his death in 1991.
