What Can I say about my sister-in-law?

She was the sister of my husband and my very best friend. There was eight years difference between her and my husband but they were very close as brother and sister. Our daughter was named after her and she and her husband were our sons Godparents.

In probably the late 60's Faye had a terrible stroke that left her where she could barely walk and her speech was slurred. She lived right behind us so we got to see each other quite often.

In the 70's I believe the first part of the seventies her husband could not find work in Ohio. He left for Arizona or California to see if the work was any better. It wasn't long until Faye loaded up her two children that were still at home (Robin and John) and flew out to California..She never came back to Ohio to live. I didn't know if I was going to survive as I missed her and her daughter Robin so much. Because we lived so close Robin and John were at our house quite frequently. We did manage to see each other every so often. She would come back to Ohio for a visit or we would go to California for a visit. She had older children that lived in Ohio also.

I just wanted to pay a special tribute to her as I loved her so much.

I hope Faye you are reunited with your mom, dad, Butchie and friends by now. I try to console myself that you are suffering no more and very happy on the other side.

We love you very much.

I do want to thank everyone who has visited my dear sister in laws memorial. I try to get back to you personally to thank you but sometime it is overlooked. I appreciate it so very much. She was also such a dear friend of mine.
